Weigh your review criteria
Not all performance reviews are alike. You might, for example, put more emphasis on a position-specific question ("Reviewee safely operates a forklift") rather than general thoughts on competency ("Reviewee is friendly to visitors"). Canopy allows you to adjust how the score of a review is calculated based on your needs.
There are 5 ways to score your performance review. They can be selected when creating the shell of a review here.
