How to use ACA reporting in Canopy

Canopy has an ACA reporting module right out of the box. It can be accessed via the Employee tab, as shown in the screenshot below.

If you cannot see this link, you might need to turn visibility on via the Manage Roles button.

Once you have the needed employee selected, you can use that button to go to their respective ACA tab.22 December, 2020 12:39:08 pm - Screenshot

This tab opens the ACA elements in an editable window within Canopy. You can enter all needed data, and then click Save.

For each employee that has ACA data in their profile, a downlaodalbe and printable 1095-C can be run using the Reporting tab.

Just select an employee using the check boxes on the left and click Print!

You can also use the preview button to view the form, and download it as a PDF, if needed.
