      How to best import data into Canopy

      Looking to import your data into CanopyWS? Clean it up by following the tips below.

      Use our import templates

      Accessed via the Utilities tab, our import options include templates for you to insert crucial company data.

      Be Wary of Character Limits

      Data fields in Canopy have a limit of 25 characters. Keep this in mind when inputting address data, and abbreviate when necessary.

      No Commas

      It is a CSV file, after all.

      No Apostrophes, Either

      These will register as an unknown character in our database.

      What is Allowed

      Accent marks and periods.
