A detailed list of EEO reports in Canopy
CanopyWS has five built-in reports that can be ran using recorded EEO data. Depending on your company location, EEO data might be necessary for audits and hiring standards. These reports can be found in the Report List, accessed via the Reporting tab.
The screenshot below shows the reports in the master table. To run one of these reports, click on the report name; a new tab will open showing the results.
Here is a quick look at the reports, using sample data, and a brief description of each.
EEO-1 Report
This report details the current employee demographics (gender, ethnicity, and EEO employment class) as of a chosen date.
EEO-1 Component 2
Combines the data from the EEO-1 Report, but adds a filter on salary compensation. This can be run on either the most recent or prior W-2.
EEO-1 Component 2 Audit
A report that provides data from the salary component of EEO, plus the employee name, ID, and hours worked. This report runs over a 2 year period, to encompass both possible W-2s.
EEO Utilization Analysis Report
A report that allocates EEO class and ethnicity by company position.
EEO Non-Fileable Information
This report gives information for an EEO report (gender and ethnic group) but organizes it by the employee. You can see names and social security numbers, information that would not be filed for EEO.
